You may find you have 1-2 recommended supplements or a list of 12-15. 

The aim is always low and slow. 

Start with the supplements that have the highest recommended dosage. (for instance 2,2,2) These are typically most important. When beginning these start at half the dose and slowly increase the following week. 

Some people's bodies are more fragile than others and at different times in the healing. 

If you start to notice side effects, cut down your dosage, wait 3 days and then begin again at half of what you were taking. 

Often it's not the supplement, but the speed at which you may be taking them.

They can be beneficial for the first 3 months to help build up your resources and energy to make, making changes in your life easier. 

The ideal is to not need any supplements and to be able to balance your body throughout your lifestyle. Why? Because your symptoms are feedback about whether your body is liking your environment or not.
